Hey all, Welcome to my bandcamp page. Right now it's basic looking.. but hey, I'm new to this.
A short Bio of myself is almost mandatory for a description, so here goes:
I've been making music since I was just a kid (age 4 or 5 I think), and I've been self taught since then. I haven't been to school for music (I had like 5 months of basic notation training), nor have I really used tutorials; Everything I make is a result of me messing around until I learn a new technique, or just study someone else's work until I can figure out how to
recreate it.
These songs are pay what you want but you can find them for free in other places if you look around (i.e. the minecraft forums [My Nickname is Bennysloba there], or my personal website) Or grab them here before the free downloads limit expires.
If you do decide they're worth something then I extend my thanks to you. I'm always low on cash, and any payments go towards upgrading my setup so I can make better music!
This song is my take on starting a new world in the sandbox game, Minecraft.
You wake up on a sandy beach, confused, hungry and lost. As you walk around, looking for anything recognizable, you spot some animals frolicking about without a care (or simple thought) in their heads. You punch a Pig for some meat and chow down, not even bothering to cook it.
Now that you've eaten, you feel a bit calmer, and decide that you might as well start gathering resources.. after all.. you don't know this area and who knows what could come out at night? You punch a tree until a part of it's trunk pops out in a neatly trimmed square. Thankfully the trees here defy gravity, otherwise this would be a dangerous method of collecting wood!
You build some crude tools and begin to collect things that you could build a shelter out of. Night is slowly arriving and you have to rush to finish you're stone house. It's not pretty.. but it'll do! As the sun disappears behind the horizon, You begin to hear disturbing noises outside...
